About Me

My passion for business ignited when I was just a child, starting with the idea of convincing my parents to launch a kid's stationery brand when I began school at four years old. As my parents discovered I had learning difficulties and my early attempts at various ventures like making perfume and starting a bread business were stymied by issues like dyslexia and ADHD, my entrepreneurial spirit remained undeterred. By age 13, I had started a jewelry brand with a friend and later ventured into baking. Despite the challenges, including the onset of COVID-19, I persisted. At 14, I began working towards my biggest project yet—a water bottle brand named DOS. This idea was inspired by observing friends lose essential items during sports and realizing that everyone remembers their water bottle. I started DOS in January 2022, incorporating a holder into the bottle for practical storage. The name DOS, suggested by my younger brother, represents "2" in Spanish and also symbolizes "Dream, Own, Success." The brand has donated significantly to World Vision and aims to support children in learning to read and write. My journey took a significant turn when I was selected for an exchange program in America, where the support of my host family and Rotary led to expanding DOS into the U.S. This exchange year has been transformative, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally, and I am excited about DOS's future and the possibility of bringing my childhood dreams to life.
